Business arising from previous meeting; Point 1.Consequences for Paul’s breaching of the Code of Conduct:
In response to this agenda item I asked what consequences there were for Paul not attending the Director’s meeting to hear community complaints and concerns regarding his behavior. The Directors confirmed there were no consequences. The Directors responses are not included in the minutes. As this issue with Paul has still not been addressed can it please be added to the next meeting agenda under business arising?
I also note the Directors reply to Lexy’s suggestion that Anne was bullied in her meeting with the Directors to discuss community complaints and concerns regarding her behavior is not minuted.
The two statements from members tabled at the meeting have not been mentioned in the minutes.
If the order of business on the agenda is going to be changed can we please be informed the day before the meeting is held?
