As part of our Master DA consent conditions for the Co-op we are required to have disabled toilet access at the Camp Kitchen as a designated community facility.
Wayne Skinner discussed two options at the last general meeting, presenting design plans for either an extension to the existing toilet, or alternatively construction of a new double-chamber compost toilet structure.
His preliminary estimates put the build costs at about $5,000 or $10,000 respectively. Wayne is still refining these estimates and will publish the final budget proposals, with adequate time before any community vote.
Meantime members could consider the designs and two options, and provide Wayne with any feedback.
