As advised already, under government isolation restrictions, it is impossible for the community to meet publicly. As the April GM has been cancelled, the Directors will meet via Zoom teleconferencing on Monday 06 April at 9am, to discuss what would have been the GM agenda and perform operational tasks as needed.
Please consider the agenda below, and either leave any comments or questions here or contact any of the directors. To help make reports at the meeting directors will be contacting members involved in projects for their input. John Tennock will be attending too, so please direct any questions to him about the Treasurer’s Report.
The directors are careful to only make decisions about operational matters, like roads. They will either hold off or use a voting mechanism to obtain a formal community vote on items if necessary.

Hi all
Given isolation restrictions are likely to continue for some months, I was wondering if it would be possible for members to join in the Zoom VC GMs. At work they are holding Zoom VC for groups of 50+. This is managed by having a few key speakers with others participating / asking questions via the chat function. Just a thought.
