Being right next door to Nicola and Bruce, I am very close to their chckens and have been now for a number of years , the noise has been a huge problem as have the plague of rats ,since they moved in it is hard to grow food. as they insist on having an open compost, yes a pile on the ground for the rats to live on, it is also a health issue.
I seriously oppose the chickens being so close to my home.
Because the block shape [long, skinny]there is very little buffer zone between us.
Also the poor management over the last 4 years of having the chickens there ,It is obvious
there will be no change .
