Please note there are no significant changes to the intent of the By-laws. Where a significant change was raised at the Community Meeting, it was suggested the member propose a separate Ordinary Resolution with 21-days notice eg. taking out ‘hoofed animals are not allowed’, banning rabbits, introducing a perimeter fencing by-law.
Community consultation commenced in April and concluded with a very productive Community Meeting on 11 November.
By-Laws are important and affect the community directly and each one is effectively a change to the rules. It would be good to make the time to discussed these further and resolved individually at the GM rather than bulking them together.
