By-laws – community consultation commenced in April with a Community Meeting on 11 November attended by 21 members. The minutes provide the detail discussed for each by-law. The intent of the by-laws remains unchanged.
4.Half an hour added to the evening times was considered reasonable, especially for workers.
5.Entering a member’s site. Added “except for official or emergency purposes”.
6.”Cloven-footed” was changed to “hoofed” to allow inclusion of animals such as horses.
7.The procedure for ISMP (AMP) is detailed in the plan rather than the by-law. The plan includes allowing the board to post plans on the website where there are no concerns.
