Treasure’s Report & Work Claims I thought the Report and claims will only be accepted on the submission and approval of Crowe’s current Work Claim and proper receipt evidence.
At the GM on 13 December, a member was incorrectly advised they were ineligible to vote. The Treasurer has since confirmed they were financial at the time of the meeting.
Could this please be noted in the minutes for the record? A simple factual note is fine, something like:
“It was noted that a member was incorrectly advised they were ineligible to vote. The Treasurer confirmed the member was financial at the time of the meeting.”
This is just for accuracy and to help us improve the process going forward.

every board member sees the minutes before they get published and can improve accordingly in case the minute taker missed out on sth – which can happen in such a long meeting.
