After a recent discussion at the Last Resort, James has prepared the following document about possible floor treatment options to finish the structure, for further discussion at the next General Meeting:
As advised in the previous notice, a Community Meeting will be held next Saturday 04 February at 9 am at the Camp Kitchen (a week before the next General Meeting), following receipt of Department of Fair Trading advice that CCUs cannot be made compulsory.
Discussion will cover other funding options for the second stage of sealing Nevertire Road, and particularly the proposed introduction of Infrastructure Shares. All ideas and feedback from members will be welcome.

Following advice from the Department of Fair Trading to our proposed CCU funding of stage 2 of road sealing, a meeting of Finance & Policy committee was called to further consider the options available. Minutes are below:
Ben organised a brainstorming meeting yesterday, and sure enough a dozen brains came along to the CK to discuss funding ideas, options and raise questions about the required upgrade and sealing of Nevertire Road in the coming years.

Following Court approval of amended conditions for the Co-op DA, the Board has been considering how we could raise the necessary funds to complete sealing of Nevertire Road in the future, and has prepared the document below.
It is a starting point for a bigger conversation with all members, and hopefully an informal meeting can be held soon to share information, discuss and exchange ideas on how to proceed.
