Sinking Fund Levy – Adjustment
An inadvertent error occurred in invoicing of the Sinking Fund Levy last year, which John will be adjusting with a credit on our accounts as soon as possible:

Camp Kitchen Shower Project
The attached plan has been prepared to support approval given at the December 2024 GM for this planned nil cost project.

Co-op Insurance
Current insurance policies are attached, along with a document on liability.
As required by legislation and Co-op rules, the Board has renewed insurance cover for Property and Liability.
Liability insurance does not cover a member for any wilful break or anything unlawful.
