Nominations for Director 2021/2
“Invitation to nominate as Director.
The 2021 Goolawah AGM is set for 9am on 14 August 2021, at the Camp Kitchen.
Nominations for Director are being called and are to be submitted by 9 am Saturday 31 July 2021.
If you are interested in being a director, please submit your name and lot number, previous experience as a director of a Cooperative and qualifications as an active member, to the Secretary Goolawah, either by email to Secretary.Goolawah@gmail.com or in writing with signature.
Director Duties, Role and Responsibilities are below. Details of the election process are also shown in the Special Resolution below (already posted) which will be presented for discussion and approval at the July General meeting.
