The April General Meeting approved the following Delegation Manual for Directors & Office Holders of Goolawah Co-operative. It sets out the functions, approval processes and financial implications of their decision-making roles in accordance with the Rules & By-Laws.

Anne W circulated this track and landmark names map at the last Community Meeting seeking suggestions for naming the remaining tracks and landmarks within the Co-op.
So be inspired and send your suggestions to Anne or leave them here. They will be voted on at the June meeting. If you want something named after you or your favourite politician, be prepared for close scrutiny!
Noise Reduction
With the switch from daylight saving this weekend, a reminder about noise reduction on Goolawah is timely and the relevant (poorly-worded) By-law (10A.i.4):
“No machinery (petrol or diesel) or battery chargers are to be used on Goolawah except between 7.30am & 6pm during daylight savings, and between 8.30am & 4pm at other times.
All motors must be adequately muffled to a normal quiet standard and other machinery must operate in an acceptable quiet manner at all times”.
