Following the unsuccessful proposal of a block of revised by-laws at the February GM, the uncontroversial revisions of all but four of them will be re-presented as an ordinary resolution for approval at the April GM, as shown in the document below:

Sainttina de Moleay has informed the Board that she is interested in selling her share for Site 77.

Kempsey Council has issued the Certificate of Practical Completion for the newly sealed section of Nevertire Road. The final step is inspection of the road after the maintenance period which finishes on 20 June, at which point Council will be responsible for maintenance of that section of the road.
