The approved community job list for work claims has been updated to include ‘phone tree management’, which was approved back in June 2017, but inadvertently omitted from the list:

A first directors meeting for the new board was held last month before the November community meeting, and minutes recorded. For enhanced transparency the directors have decided to post them online. In future they should be posted soon afterwards.

Bush Fire Emergency Communication Plan
Following a fire squad recommendation and discussion at the August community meeting, our Fire Emergency Communication Plan has been finalised.
The central principle is that all communications get channeled through Julica, so that we avoid the confusion we encountered during the last big fire.
The plan will also be posted on the notice board in the Camp Kitchen.
