Decision on ute to buy for the new striker: We decided to buy one that is in Wingham for $3400. Roger and Paul to inspect and purchase this Thursday. If we miss it Paul will keep searching and will look at them with Roger.
Next fire season: Fire survey would be good to do before next fire season, if we check blocks and community land / buildings we can work out priorities for making our places safer next time there is a fire.

Another oversight by the website admin section is the posting online of the Chair & Minute-Taker guidelines, which were promulgated last year and on display in the CK – an indispensable document for aspiring and practising chairpersons and minutepersons:

Looks like more barbed wire flogging for the admin slave….
As you know the Co-op’s main bank accounts are now with Bank Australia. The NAB account is only retained for those who make payments over a branch bank counter.
Treasurer John reported recently that some online payments are still being sent to NAB, and requested that people change those to Bank Australia: BSB 313-140 Account 12088171.
Maybe one day we can close the NAB account if we find that it’s not used any longer.
Due to bungling amongst workers in the website admin processing department the final version of the T&M Policy was not previously posted online, so here it is:

Those involved in the oversight will of course be flogged with barbed wire.
