The above minutes have been written omitting important details in the description of events re: logging machinery. It is highly irresponsible of the directors to allow this to occur especially considering a vote was made to spend money based on allegation. My version of events was described by Rob Hewitt and consequently left out of the minutes. I have since confirmed that this version is what really happened via a statement from the contractor (as the only other witness )to the police. Paul Martin ran into me with the vehicle. Other details are given. It is COMPLETELY outlandish that his behaviour is condoned by the co-operative and certainly dubious that he receive funds from it to claim for his reckless stupidity. As it stands now, I am deciding whether or not to push charges as I am entitled to. I will give a full and thorough statement to be attached to the above minutes as a right of reply. An apology would be a good start here.
