I have difficulties with the finance meeting and road budget. It is for discussion and I note that however before I would agree to changing the structure of the road fund I would assert that we need to be 100% on solid ground and budget for Nevertire. To suddenly have to scramble for more money because it was not budgeted for correctly has the potential to cause chaos. Will be terrific when the Nevertire project is done and signed off and we can get on with other things. Thanks for a good discussion paper and your time in putting it together Louise Roberts
