Cyberbullying – Definition

The Board advises:

“Complaints have been received concerning inappropriate emails published to individuals and the community.

To understand what is considered Cyberbullying the board reviewed various websites and definitions online. The board agreed that NSW Police has a clear definition for use in deciding a case of cyberbullying, and can therefore be defined as bullying under the Code of Conduct.

Attached is a link to the police website defining Cyberbullying“.

  1. GOVERNING LAW.
For Services provided to, on, or in orbit around the planet Earth or the Moon, this Agreement and any disputes between us arising out of or related to this Agreement, including disputes regarding arbitrability (โ€œDisputesโ€) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California in the United States. For Services provided on Mars, or in transit to Mars via Starship or other spacecraft, the parties recognize Mars as a free planet and that no Earth-based government has authority or sovereignty over Martian activities. Accordingly, Disputes will be settled through self-governing principles, established in good faith, at the time of Martian settlement.

But sure, I’m sure he is not perfect.
Rubbing multiple companies, of such magnitude must not be easy..
But since you seem to be the go to guy for every one of his faults. If ppl want to know something about his stuff, they can go and ask you. Or follow you on fb etc.
Again, I will moderate the g’way buy, swap sell as I see fit. Maybe find another medium..

  2. Complaint lodged.

I have been suspended from the Goolawah Facebook page by Dan Rose.

This forum (and the Signal forum) have been used by Dan and others to promote Starlink broadband.

I made 2 lighthearted posts pointing out some of the downside to Starlink.
Specifically the high power consumption of the dish and the non-zero possibility that Starlink will go bankrupt.
I would have also liked to inform potential customers of the adverse environmental effects of huge methane powered rockets being launched every few days and the risks caused to other users of Earth’s orbit.

I seems that I have commited apostacy by questioning the sacred word of Electric Jesus aka Elon Musk.

If it permissible to spruik the benefits of Starlink on the Goolawah forum then it should be permissible to show the downside also.

This Facebook page belongs to the members of Goolawah.
It is not the private property of Dan.

    • The Goolawah “buy swap and sell” does belong to no one. I have posted b screen shots of the posts you made, and I deleted.
Posts made re starlink, were due to members getting it installed.. afair..
If you wanted to let people know about the down side of starlink.
You could have simply mentioned that, yes it does chew more power than most (i think), that early satellites would add moving dots to night sky, same as all datellites do, less than that stupid space station..
New starlink sats have a black coating to stop/reduce reflections.
I have not seen any specifics on methane pollution, or its % in comparison to other methane polluters around the world (pigs, cows and others).
If you post (after you ban expires) factual articles from credible sources (yes I will judge that), statistics etc. I’m happy to leave them.
I will not leave articles that simply appear to me, to be posted due to your own hatred (or whatever) of Musk (or any other person, company).
