Following Court approval of amended conditions for the Co-op DA, the Board has been considering how we could raise the necessary funds to complete sealing of Nevertire Road in the future, and has prepared the document below.
It is a starting point for a bigger conversation with all members, and hopefully an informal meeting can be held soon to share information, discuss and exchange ideas on how to proceed.

I like the look of the CCU payments. It suits my current situation and I get my money back if I choose to sell my share. $5000. Per share is not excessive, but I know for some people it might seem so, at $2200. Pa it’s still a very cheap place to live.
Regulation re inheritors needs to be included.
