Hi, Just pointing out that this plan is for a director and would be more appropriate to be approved at a GM by the community rather than the board in this case. To maintain consistency, it might also be best if plans with Roosters included also include a commitment from the member to silence the rooster at appropriate times if it disturbs a neighbour.
