The 2024 Goolawah Co-op Annual General Meeting is set for 9am on 10 August 2024 at the Camp Kitchen.
Nominations for Director are to be submitted by 9am Saturday 27 July 2024.
If you are interested in standing for election to the Board, please submit a nomination, including your qualifications and experience, to the Secretary, either by email to Secretary.Goolawah@gmail.com or in writing with a signature and date.
The election procedure is described in detail in Goolawah’s Rule 34.
An outline of the Director role and responsibilities may be of assistance and is available via the Secretary or on the Goolawah Website under Policies.

great idea. Since quite a number of current directors are away in July, I’d like to suggest a 5pmish evening at CK in the first week of August.

Great, any time is good for before the meeting. With so many of us away, maybe an offering of 2 meetings, or just some members getting together at someone’s home.
Are our comments here on the reply section of the website being seen by all, or should be put them on the phone tree as well?

Hi All,
I’m wondering if this is an opportunity to ‘suggest’ an informal get-together (townhall informal meeting) so as to share the recent co-op conference/workshop power point presentations from both days; including the 9 Topics, the Directors Role and Responsibilities, and a question and answer time. And, perhaps current and past directors could share their experiences and ideas with all members, and future directors.
This has been done before, lets do it again with open minds, active listening, gratitude and refreshments 😊
