  1. Firstly I would like to apologise for being unable to attend this meeting, I am not alone in this since only 30% of members did actually attend.

    I think members should be allowed/encouraged to voice their opinions on community issues via the comments field/ signal groups or other media.

    My concerns are that the membership process takes too long and causes prospective applicants to drop out or find another place to live. This is the reason that few blocks are being sold.

    At some point in Goolawah residents ( particularly the older ones) may need to sell their share and move on. It should be possible to get a realistic price for the share within a reasonable time.

    How many prospective members have completed the process? How many of them are still seeking to buy a share? Why are they not buying?

    In comparison to the cost of buying or renting a house in outside world Goolawah is an all time bargain. Why is it so hard to sell?
