Needs doing because the original design was for a nice looking but inadequately sized building.
A big problem I see is the moving of the plastic tank, it is buried into the ground about 400mm and as backfill several trailerloads of broken glass and concrete / clay mixture was chucked into the hole. This makes it a very labour intensive and hazardous hole to dig, also lifting the emptied tank out and re-positioning it is a significant job itself. No mention of this is shown in the plan as submitted and it will constitute a large proportion of the build.
Perhaps a plan that leaves the tank as is should be considered as an alternative.
