Grievance Policy & Procedure
At last week’s General Meeting, the new Grievance Policy & Procedure (GPP) was approved and it effectively replaces the Complaint Management Policy & Procedure. The GPP is located in the Policies drop-down page at the top, and the Complaints category has been deleted (for Goolawah history buffs, the few old posts from there can still be found under Governance).
Nevertire Road Construction
Arnway, our contractors, commenced construction of the road on Tuesday 14 Nov 2023. The expected completion date is 8 December 2023, providing there are no hold ups or rain.
Additional work is required on sections that needed widening, eg. passing bays and where the road has been straightened because of deep top soil. Council have been engaged to inspect the additions which may add a few days to the schedule.
Please try to avoid using Nevertire during construction.

Infrastructure Share – Terms of Issue & Member Agreement
Thank you to those members who have already submitted their agreement (Terms of Issue) to subscribe to the Infrastructure Share.
To be eligible for subscription to the Infrastructure Share, members must sign the agreement in the Terms of Issue and return it to the Secretary via email (Secretary.goolawah@gmail.com) or post by 30 November 2023.
