The background to our efforts over the last few months to finalise the Co-op’s DA Consent Conditions regarding access roads is summarised in the minutes of November and December community meetings.
Members may be interested in reading our latest Section 96 documents: the initial October application and the December amendment just gone to Council. Our response to neighbour objections is worth a look.

The September 2016 Community Meeting requested that the Policy & Guidelines Committee review the policy for guests of members and look at some suggested changes to simplify and clarify the application process.
The review has been completed by the Membership Committee and the Directors. Associated forms have also been updated and streamlined, as below. Changes are in red, and will be discussed at the Community meeting next Saturday.

Well, the language of ‘real-estate spruiking’ is hard to avoid. The Co-op presently has ‘expressions of interest’ from several prospective members. So if you’re a non-resident member who no longer plans to live at Goolawah, and you’d like to take this opportunity of selling your share, just drop a line to Secretary Ralph.
