Guest Policy & Application
At our 21 Jan GM the community unanimously approved the new Guest Policy, and the Guest Application form has been updated accordingly:
The new Guest Handbook will also be posted online shortly.
Membership Policy
The new approved Guest Policy (21.1.2017) has been separated from the Membership Policy document to avoid any confusion about those respective roles.
The Membership Policy below simply deletes reference to guests and otherwise remains unchanged:
Privacy Policy
The Co-op needs a privacy policy under the law. A pro forma policy from the Dept of Fair Trading was used to draw up Goolawah’s own (attached).
Yesterday’s meeting agreed to formalise community approval of the new policy at our next meeting 04 February.
Guest Policy Draft (10.1.2017)
The revised draft Guest Policy for consideration and adoption at Saturday’s GM is accompanied here by a comparison with the existing policy, and a questionnaire which will be used to guide our discussion. Copies and time will be available at the meeting to complete it then.
